ABOUT US
52% of ACL re-injuries occur within the first 70 athlete exposures after returning to sports (Paterno, 2015). The completion of on-field rehabilitation is one of the specific criteria that has been shown to lower re-injury risk (Buckthorpe, 2019). At Return to Play Physiotherapy - we bridge the gap between the control of the physio clinic to the chaos of the sports field.
Our Physiotherapists have first hand experience with ACL injuries - Jasmine tore her ACL twice before joining the UBC Women's Soccer Team - she understands the physical and mental challenges to a successful comeback - and combines her Physical Therapy and sports coaching background to ensure your movement and skills return to elite performance
