Ultrasound Therapy

Ultrasound may be effective for certain soft tissue conditions, such as calcific tendinitis, by promoting tissue healing through thermal and mechanical effects. (Robertson VJ et al.,  2001)

Education & Planning

When patients understand how pain works, it reduces fear, improves function, and enhances outcomes — often more than passive treatments or imaging alone. (Moseley GL et al.,  2012)

Common Conditions

Through exercise research shows patients may experience less pain, take fewer painkillers, and feel more confident in managing their condition long-term.

"I highly recommend Jasmine, I came in with Planter Fasciitis and the pain was so bad I could not be on my feet past 3:30 in the afternoon. She has tried multiple treatment options and after following her recommendations at home with stretching and other ideas to help I am feeling 85% better in the span of 1 week!" - T. Krajnc

"Jasmine helped me gain confidence and trust in my knee again. She is a major reason I was able to finally play soccer again. Kind, caring and positive." S. Pooni
